The seven questions people ask us most while using QUICKQ

Where the installer comes from Signing in to your account Moving to another device When the connection acts up
These are the seven things people ask about most. We start with where to get the installer, then cover your first move after sign-in and how to keep going on a new device. A stuck connection, uneven speed, and account safety all have answers too. Every reply tells you what is going wrong first, walks you through the steps, and then says when you know it is fixed. If your situation is not here, leave us a note through the official support channel.

Seven common questions, grouped by topic

Where is the safest place to get the installer?

Installers packaged by third parties are often tampered with, so only grab yours from the official distribution page. Use the client download entry on this site and pick the build that matches your device; once the file lands, let the system run its built-in security check before you double-click.

Once I install and open it, what is the first move?

Sign in first — the route list shows up on its own. Then choose a route that looks healthy and tap connect. When the status switches from waiting to connected, the path is open and you can use it normally.

I got a new laptop or phone. How do I keep going?

Your subscription follows your account, not a specific device, so you do not have to buy again. Install the same client on the new gadget and sign in with your original account. How many devices can be signed in at once is spelled out on the plans page ; if the system ever says you have hit the limit, sign out on an old device first and the new one slots right in.

It has been spinning on connecting for ages.

Usually the route you are on, or your local network, has stalled. Drop this connection first and confirm your own internet still opens pages; then try a different route, and if that fails, quit and reopen the client. If none of that helps, check whether the client is overdue for an update, then work through the troubleshooting checklist at the end of the tutorial .

The speed keeps jumping between fast and slow.

That usually means something else is hogging the bandwidth. Pause any downloads or cloud sync running on your device, see whether other network apps are active in the background, and then switch routes. If it still feels uneven, drop the connection and reconnect, or restart the client — most people steady things just by changing route.

How do I keep my account from being stolen?

Accounts are usually taken over because the password was too simple or a verification code leaked. So use a password that is unique to QUICKQ and never reused; never hand over a code from a text or email, no matter who asks; and get the client only from the official site. If you ever see a sign-in you did not make, report it through official support and change your password right away.

Where do I check how much time is left on my plan?

Sign in inside the client and you will see it, or open the page where you placed the order — the current cycle, the expiry date, and whether access is still active are all listed there. If a rule is unclear, the purchase page is the source of truth; you can also jump straight to the plans page .
