1. What this policy covers
Using the QUICKQ website, any of its clients, or its official support channels all falls under this policy. But once you click a link and land on an outside page, that page follows its own privacy rules, which have nothing to do with this one.
2. Which details we run into
Four things drive what we touch: opening an account, checking a subscription, keeping the service steady, and answering your questions. Around those, we handle your account identifier, the type of device you use, your subscription status, and the small amount of diagnostic data needed to troubleshoot.
3. Where these details get used
It mostly goes to six ends: confirming the account is really yours, delivering the connection service, keeping it secure, replying to support questions, making the service run more steadily, and meeting the duties the law places on us.
4. Do we share it, and for how long?
We do not sell personal details. We share a limited amount with others in just three cases: a step has to be carried out by a partner, the law clearly requires it, or we need to defend our legitimate rights — and those partners are bound by contract. As for how long we keep it, no longer than these tasks require.
5. What protection we put in place
We grant internal access on a minimum-need basis, encrypt data in transit, and run periodic internal reviews. Taken together, these steps lower the chance that details are viewed without permission, leaked, or misused.
6. The rights you can claim
Where the applicable law allows, you can ask to see these details, have them corrected, or have them removed. If you are unhappy with the way a particular item is handled, you can also object to it.
7. When this policy changes
When the service shifts or the legal requirements move, this policy may change along with them. The revised version and its update date are posted right on the site where you can see them.
