1. First off: do you accept these terms?
Two things to confirm first. You are old enough and can take responsibility for your own actions, and none of these eight points leaves you uneasy — if one does, stop and do not use the service.
2. If something happens to the account, whose job is it?
The account is yours, and so is the responsibility. Give truthful details when you register, and keep your password to yourself — do not lend it out. Now and then, glance at the activity under your account; if something looks off, get in touch with us right away.
3. What we actually provide
We supply connection software, plus help while you use it. Exactly which features are available depends on your device model, your current network environment, your subscription tier, and the conditions at the time.
4. Where the line is
Four things are flatly forbidden: using it to break the law, infringing on other people's rights, damaging system security, and spreading harmful content. And one more — do not interfere with how other users are meant to connect.
5. How subscriptions are billed
The price, the period it covers, whether it renews on its own when it expires, and which rules apply all follow what the purchase page shows at the moment you order. So before you click pay, take one more look at which plan you picked.
6. When the service changes
To keep things secure and running smoothly, version upgrades, routine maintenance, and adding or dropping features can all happen. When a real change is due, we will give you notice within a reasonable window.
7. Where liability stops
Some things are beyond our control: services provided by others, the network environment on your end, and the indirect losses that follow. Responsibility in these cases is set only by the applicable law; we do not offer extra cover beyond that.
8. What happens when the terms change
These agreements are not set in stone. If a revision is made, the new version goes up on this site. Once it takes effect and you keep using the service, that means you accept the revised wording.
